Breitbart: Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein delivered a memorandum to Attorney General Jeff Sessions Tuesday recommending the dismissal of FBI Director James Comey.
Rosenstein’s memo praised Director Comey’s service but slammed him for his announcement last July that no criminal charges were appropriate in the Hillary Clinton email investigation:
I cannot defend the Director’s handling of the conclusion of the investigation of Secretary Clinton’s emails, and I do not understand his refusal to accept the near universal judgment that he was was mistaken. Almost everyone agrees that the Director made serious mistakes, it is one of the few issues that unites people of diverse perspectives. more

Why are liberals upset at Comey’s termination? They think he is partially responsible for Hillary’s loss, and now they’re mad at Trump for getting rid of him? I understand that some liberals are paranoid that Trump fired Comey to cover up some sort of Russian connection, but there has been absolutely no evidence of this presented, and if this is an active investigation, it can continue with or without Comey.
Maybe liberals are upset that if there is a connection between Russia and Trump, most people would prefer this to having to deal with Democrats.
