I hate Republicans. I switched to Independent after 2020 elections and vowed to never switch back until they secured elections. Every time I think I should switch back to be able to vote in primaries they do something else that makes me never want R besides my name again.

Also, the boss and I both switched to independent as well. For a variety of reasons.
I did it because I got pissed at state leaders who didn’t want to hear how voter ID means shit, when half the old ladies at precincts only have you show voter registration card that I can get by going online and need no more than address and name and get it mailed to me, along with we have paper ballots that are counted by machines and zero security on mail in ballots.
I’m in a freaking red state with idiots running the state, about to nut out on the even bigger idiots who have announced they’re running for Governor, including the horrible AG we have now. I refused to vote for him as AG.
Then we have one good guy in DC, the rest are pieces of shit. The only good thing I can say is the one good guy is my rep.
He has voted the way I would have about 98% of the time and he constantly contacts us through email and texts and does phone townhalls at least once a month. He listens as well.
The rest of the Republicans in my state and in DC I’m embarrassed that they even call themselves Republicans.
