Today it might as well be called Juicing hurricanes for a desired outcome.
Given that democRATz are in charge, their love for creating crises, their “Hate America” policies and practices, one may assume that the juicing to a desired outcome was to create a more powerful storm guided in a specific direction then compounding it a lack of response and even overt interference to private responders.

Color me “skeptical”. Firstly, our fucked up government can’t do a single damn thing right without controversy, cost overruns, mismanagement, getting caught in Diddy’s and Epstein’s sex videos. I’m supposed to believe they have the smarts to make a hurricane, aim it with precision, set up it’s wind speed, and target the opposition voters to win an election.
If they could, then why in hell don’t they work that magic on the holy grail of energy – wind turbines?
