  1. I’m not a prejudiced guy, in fact I’m still pretty open minded. But why is it once an black guy/gal gets into government work they are untouchable. Unless they come to work with their guns blazing they have a job for life. It might be true for white guys/gals too, but it just doesn’t seem like it.

  2. Well, He’s innocent until proven guilty I guess and being a black Democrat in Philly doesn’t hurt.

In any event He should not be allowed near his office and should be suspended on half-pay until the conclusion of the case (either by trial or plea bargain). If found guilty (or pleads guilty or nolo contendere) then an immediate seizure of his assets for any fine levied as well as to pay back the half salary he received while suspended. If he is proven not guilty then the half pay held back is paid to him and he gets his job back.

  3. Spotting a Liberal:

If it’s a dude – bow tie, beta attitude, punchable face.

If it’s a chick – multi-colored hair, two last names, no makeup, usually unattractive.

  4. “Well, He’s innocent until proven guilty …”

No. Innocence and/or guilt are established at the time the crime is committed.
By the state “presuming” innocence, the state must PROVE guilt beyond the doubt of a “reasonable man.”
If I kill someone and EVEN if I am charged, tried, and acquitted – I am STILL GUILTY of that death. There was NO POINT (in either time or space) where I would be innocent, once I killed that person.
The guy should have been removed from office, if for no other reason, than to keep him from mischief, although bad judgment should have been considered a sufficient excuse.
