DNC Committee Blocks Medicare-For-All From Draft of Party Platform

Wave bye bye to the Bernies.

Dan Bongino: On Monday, we reported that the Bernie Sanders delegates would rebel at the Democrat National Convention if Medicare-For-All was not included in the party platform. But since then, the Democrat National Committee’s (DNC) platform panel voted the idea down, according to the Washington Examiner.

The Examiner reports that the panel met virtually to discuss where to “incorporate language endorsing Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders’s signature policy in its message to voters before the November general elections.” more here

  1. Claudia, wouldn’t your rather have Trump, Biden AND Sanders on the same debate stage? It would be an epic slaughter of Democrats and Socialists at the same time. Then, Bernie would draw some major percentage of votes away from Biden, and the next thing you know, Trump wins New York and California!

  2. This will agitate Sander’s supporters like nothing else. They’ll take it out on the DNC by voting Sanders anyway as a write-in candidate.

    The Dems will split wide open over this. And yet the media insists that the Repubs are in trouble by virtue of a split between Trump supporters and non-Trumpers. Hah.
