WASHINGTON — The White House insisted that Ohio Governor John Kasich requested a meeting with President Trump, not the other way around.
Sean Spicer contradicted former Kasich campaign aide John Weaver during the press briefing Tuesday when asked about Weaver’s claim that “the president asked” for the meeting. When asked if Kasich requested it, Spicer said, “Yes.”
The Daily Caller asked Spicer what the president hopes to accomplish by meeting with someone who has been a vocal critic of him since the election.

I live in Ohio and still wouldn’t care to speak with boy-child Kasich for any purpose. He’s an obstructionist, not a Team player. Trump is a better man than I.

They voted for him in Ohio’s primary election, then gave their votes to MrTrump in the general election.

Every time I see that face, I see a huge L tattooed on the forehead, and move on.
Kasich took a long shot and gambeled away my tax dollars. I could have told him he didn’t stand a chance.
Meantime , fellow Buckeye John Bohner assures us Obamacare repeal was only happy talk.
Repeal won’t happen. Only a little tinkering alone the edges.
I hope he is as wrong about that as JK was about Trump, but I am concerned with the tag team of Ryan & McConnell he might be correct.
