DOGE Reveals $4.7 Trillion of Taxpayer Money Went Into Government Black Hole

Gateway Pundit- This is why it is all hands on deck to stop Elon Musk’s DOGE team.

On Monday, Elon Musk’s DOGE revealed the federal government didn’t trace $4.7 trillion in payments.

$4.7 trillion dollars in payments were left blank, making it nearly impossible to trace, DOGE said.

“The Treasury Access Symbol (TAS) is an identification code linking a Treasury payment to a budget line item (standard financial process),” DOGE explained in a post on X.

“In the Federal Government, the TAS field was optional for ~$4.7 Trillion in payments and was often left blank, making traceability almost impossible. As of Saturday, this is now a required field, increasing insight into where money is actually going. Thanks to US Treasury for the great work,” DOGE said. read more

  2. “…the TAS field was optional…

That’s beyond criminal negligence. Whoever mandated that as “optional” wasn’t negligent. He was larcenous. And “grand” larceny isn’t even on the same planet as a crime of this magnitude.

  3. Follow the money 🎶

As to teferences to fields, are these physical checks, or just fields in an electronic transfer? Either way, it should be trackable to at least the next step, some bank account was on the other end.

  4. I agree with many posters here that all electronic movements of funds are/should be traceable. But even so, there are countless ways to mask it. And the effort to follow it to its end would require the cooperation of many foreign entities. Chase the biggest offenders and see what can be turned up and proven. I too am outraged by all of this. But I’m betting we have to be satisfied with an end to it, and that’s all.

  5. They might not be able to track where it was sent to. But I’d almost bet big money that we’ve had the technology for quite some time now to track all deposits over X amount. Globally. Who received large deposit that day?
