You cannot leave a pile of other people’s money on the table and NOT expect that the scum of the earth will come take it. Basically that is why so many are pouring over the border, stealing from Medicare, defrauding EBT, defrauding EITC, and pretty much EVERY government program on earth. Meanwhile, veterans remain homeless and on year-long waiting lists to get care for crimes their government committed against them during “war” time (think Agent Orange, burn pits, anthrax vaccine…..).
