Yes, this is what that woman who testified before the Georgia election fraud hearing was saying about test ballots. She spent days printing out test ballots. They are used to test the machines before they start tabulating. Not surprisingly, she mentioned that one of her test batches contained an error in which she printed out 8 4 Biden and 12 4 Trump. But the tabulator she tested gave 10 each 2 the candidates! You need to listen to her testimony!
These tests ballads where The Real McCoy. They were supposed to spoil them, but someone from Dominion told her just to throw them in the suitcase. They were never destroyed and they were never accounted for.
So the machines print raffle tickets, and some asshole let the dnc pick the winner.
