  2. I know I watched part of that WS on TV, maybe even his perfect game, but I really didn’t know what it was about. It was another few years before I got seriously interested in baseball.

  3. Fun trivia question: What is the only High School that had 2 pitchers throw perfect games in MLB?

    Both Don Larsen and David Wells attended Point Loma HS in San Diego and both threw perfect games in MLB (ironically both for my most hated team who shall remain nameless). My illustrious wife also attended PLHS which is how I am aware of such minutia. 🙂
