Breitbart: President Donald Trump said the United States needed more border security, during remarks to reporters on Christmas Day at the White House.
“The people of this country want border security,” he said, demanding “a wall, a fence, whatever they want to call it.”
The president spoke to reporters after calling the troops from the White House on Christmas Day.
Although members of Congress left town for Christmas despite failing to pass a bill funding the government, the president remained at the White House instead of going to Florida.
“I thought it would be wrong for me to be with my family,” he said, explaining his decision. “I just didn’t want to go down and be there when other people are hurting, but it’s going to all work out.” more here
