Dramatic Video Released of Hero Cop Taking Out Man Who Was Holding Woman Hostage at Ohio Pizza Shop

Breaking 911: OHIO — One man is dead after being shot by police following an attempted robbery and hostage situation at a Lancaster pizza shop. the Cristy’s location on Pierce Avenue and Fair North was held up by a potential robber who took a female employee hostage at knifepoint. According to Lancaster City Police, the man held a knife to the woman’s throat and upper body, threatening to harm her. The suspect was shot and killed by a uniformed police officer after an approximately 30-minute standoff.

The deceased suspect is Troy Eugene Kirk, 31, of Lancaster. His mother says her son was schizophrenic and had a meth addiction. He had been awake for 8 days and had a fear that police were trying to kill him.

SWAT was on scene but officials say Kirk was taken out by a uniformed patrol officer. watch

    WHERE WAS THE WOMAN’S FIREARM TO PROTECT HERSELF?!

    I would very much prefer a citizen blow the brains out of some meth head, or robber than put themselves at risk waiting for the police to show up and get in position.

  3. Never did any shooting in a pizza shop. I’ve only used pizza boxes to pin my target to when doing a bit of shooting. With the better ones you don’t even need a target. Just shot the pepperoni, the little squares or the pizza guy printed on the box.

    Well, now he’s asleep forever and he was correct that the cops were trying to kill him. He got one thing right.

  5. Seems his fear of being killed by a cop was spot on. Often times the people with this fear understand that it is a fear justified by their own behavior. Though they never take responsibility for that part.
