2. A while ago I read about a movemental to make menstrual products free from sales taxes. When did the movement shift to make such products part of the “free shit” cornucopia?

   And, BTW, part of being a good parent is making sure your child is prepared for school each day. In my view, that would include making sure a menstruating girl has enough napkins or tampons to get through the day.
