This is probably the Eric of Dominion mentioned in the OAN Dominion-izing the Vote report by Chanel Rion recently–mentioned by the guy who infiltrated Antifa and listened in on a group call when Eric said PT wouldn’t win because he made sure or something to that effect. Here Eric talks about adjudication of ambiguously marked ballots–he says “we’re not sure what the voter intent is but we’re gonna allow the adjudicators to make that call based on any kind of state statutes.
