This triggers my pet peeve; idiots that take their dogs everywhere with them, including restaurants., supermarkets, theaters, it’s crazy. Leave the dog at home. I was at a Costco when two dogs got into a fight. I was at a Home Depot where a moron was chasing his dog around the store after he dropped the leash. Leave it at home.

Tony,
I agree wholeheartedly!
People, leave your dogs at home. They are pets, not people. Not everyone loves all dogs. I have had dogs for years, but they are the only ones that I love and trust.
I have good friends who have a dog who is just like the child with ADHD. It has never grown up, and though they have always had well behaved dogs, this one is untrainable. They still insist, however, on bringing it everywhere with them. It baffles me, and now they seldom visit because I won’t allow that dog in my home, so he waits in their car while we have a meal or a visit together.

Ewwww!
Just remember that dog licks its butthole when you aren’t paying attention (or maybe when you are). It splashed its drinking water all over that table and the items on it. I guess this guy (and the staff) thinks more of his dog than future patrons of the restaurant.

@ Tony
I see people bringing their pets into grocery stores and letting them sit in the upper spot in the shopping cart. Their asses are resting on surfaces that other people rest their food on. Gross!

^^^ Considering what’s in our food these days, a dog is low on my concern list.

I saw a guy with a small parakeet riding contentedly on his shoulder a couple of weeks ago while I was grocery shopping at Winco. That was a new one on me. And what’s with a lot of the dummies who carry a small dog in a baby carrier strapped in front of them while at the store. Stores need to politely tell them no animals other than service animals and tell them that cannot shop there with their animals. And I don’t think that a parakeet is a service animal or a service bird no matter how small or cute they are. Sometimes sparrows will fly into the store and then the employees have to chase them off.

Wonder why he didn’t take his pooch to a Chinese restaurant?

Who’s the animal?

“How was your date?”
“She was a real bitch.”

100 feet away and closing in fast you could tell this weirdo at Winco was way off. As he passed you could see his ferret in a backpack with a bubble window. Pathetic. You know who he voted for.

I used to work as a DSD/RSR and had about 20 grocery stores in San Francisco on my route. That was when it was just starting to becoming fashionable to take dogs into grocery stores, and I’ll tell just a couple thing I saw regarding dogs in stores.
Once a lady had two large dogs on leashes that were obviously a bit much for her to handle. They were in the deli section and as the owner feigned being oblivious one of them was overwhelmed by the meat in the racks in front of him.
He was rubbing his nose over every package he could just to get the delicious smell of the contents. He even licked a few of them. His owner was completely indifferent.
Another time I saw someone’s dog lift its leg and piss on an end cap while the owner made a point of looking somewhere else. I was there as a customer and so I could speak up and did. I pointed at the dog and announced loudly that it had just pissed on the end cap. And I have a voice that carries well. I made sure everyone in the store heard about it, making sure all the employees in the store knew exactly where they needed to move out an end cap, clean it thoroughly and discard the contents of it. I was really pi$$ed. The dog and its owner had quickly vanished.
I still see people bringing dogs into grocery stores more often than I’m comfortable with. Still makes me crazy.

Pet peeve of mine as well. Entitled dog owners are so obnoxious. The grocery store managers cannot really do anything because of the stupid ada laws. When i see a dog in a grocery store i email corporate. Kroger never responds, Publix does. Now Publix has large notices in their stores that pets are not allowed. I like to think i had something to do with that. 😊 Anyway, dog nutters are everywhere. Leave your dogs at home.
“No, mine’s more like brown.”
