CTH:
(Via CNBC) On Thursday Facebook posted the largest one-day loss in market value by any company in U.S. stock market history after releasing a disastrous quarterly report.
The social media giant’s market capitalization plummeted by $119 billion to $510 billion as its stock price plummeted by 19 percent. At Wednesday’s close, Facebook’s market cap had totaled nearly $630 billion, according to FactSet.
No company in the history of the U.S. stock market has ever lost $100 billion in market value in just one day. more
“No company in the history of the U.S. stock market has ever lost $100 billion in market value in just one day…”
Probably because we used to have companies who’s stock price bore some actual, real world relationship with the value of the company.
Not today! Stock price today is moon beams and rumor.
I’m gonna stick with pork bellies and orange juice, Mortimer.
Now is the time to buy FB.
The end of Facebook will be the end of civilization!!!
When someone dies and you don’t post on Facebook how wonderful that person was and how much you’ll miss them (even if you lived in the same city and haven’t seen each other in years), you are a bad person.

I’m praying for bankruptcy and zuck in prison.
I’m waiting to hear these six dreadful magic words…
“Bailout Time – Too BIG To Fail”
Like a bad infomercial: But wait! There’s more!!
It can get worse… as well it should.
And no, President Trump is not going to bail them out!
Farcebook needs to assume their position in History.
It couldn’t happen to a nicer Zuckhead. I do feel sorry for those stupid enough to invest in his data selling operation though, well not so much that you could tell it but a maybe just a little.
A billion here, a billion there, before you know it you’re talking about real money.
zuck is filthy rich he will be ok
also has been selling his fb stock for months
so has his right hand fb woman
insider trading?hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Well, its a start.
😂
I couldn’t be happier. Schadenfreude!
Remember what happened to CB radios and disco clubs in the early 1980’s?
“Remember what happened to CB radios and disco clubs in the early 1980’s?”
Remember MySpace?
Who would have thought that pissing on (and off) half your user base would cause any problems??
Maybe their user engagement is dropping because of all their censorship bullshit. Just the other day I posted a video of me playing bass along with ipod and the FB police hit me with a copyright violation. Said I need to have permission to post it. So I sent a message to Steek Panther FB page and told them about the bullshit and they said I can jam any of their songs anytime. So FB can suck my balls.
