FBI Trying to Dodge Turning Over Documents in Texas Jihad Shooting Attack Lawsuit

Geller Report readers are long-familiar with this gross miscarriage of justice. The FBI undercover agent was in on the ISIS-directed jihad plan to attack our free speech event, and the FBI was there — not to ensure our safety, but as part of the Islamic cell. A security guard was shot, and sued the FBI for aiding and abetting ISIS. Now they are trying to get the case dismissed.

A lawsuit against the FBI for its role in a 2015 terror attack in Texas has taken a detour over discovery issues.

FBI Might Avoid Turning Over Documents in Texas Attack Lawsuit

Security guard injured in 2015 shooting wants answers to level of FBI’s undercover involvement

Bruce Joiner, a security guard shot in the leg by two radicalized Islamists at a “Draw Muhammad” event in the North Dallas suburb of Garland in May of that year, learned months later that an FBI agent had been undercover in the terrorist cell that executed the attack. The agent had texted one of the assailants to “Tear up Texas” a few days before the attack, and was also in a separate vehicle directly behind the two terrorists taking pictures of them just seconds before they opened fire at a perimeter parking checkpoint.

The undercover agent, described in court documents as being dressed in Middle Eastern attire, tried to flee the scene when the shooting began but was stopped by local police.  MORE

  1. Exactly who’s side is the FBI on? I guess their own. Kennedy said a couple weeks before he was killed he wanted to break up the CIA into a million pieces (or something like that) is the FBI as bad now? And where’s that put the CIA now days?

  2. Did you ever noticed that it’s never the conservative parent of a victimized kid that gets interviewed?

The first thing they’d make clear is that they blamed the shooter; not the tool used to do it with.

We can’t have that now, can we?

  3. The conspiracy addict in me was piqued while reading the article about that little CNN wannabee in Florida. The girl with him in the interview mentioned that the FBI were among the first-responders. That sounded a bit odd. My sane self attributes it to simple teenage running-off-at-the-mouth, but maybe there is something to it. I really hope not, but after 8 years of Obama and things like Fast & Furious, this incident in Dallas and the Trump collusion fiasco, it causes a person to wonder, even a sane (more or less) person.

  4. Courts have ruled twice that law enforcement personnel has no duty to protect citizens. The only exception is if they CREATE the dangerous situation in the first place. They are trying to avoid a $20-50 million settlement for trying to get PG murdered.

  5. WHEN OUR PROGRESSIVE PRESIDENT MADE A WELL KNOW STALINIST EXJARHEAD HEAD OF FBI SUMME ’01 IT WAS CLEAR THE FBI WAS A TOOL TO HURT AMERICANS. NOTHING IN THE LAST 17 YEARS HAS CONTRAINDICATED MY ANALYSIS.
I AM NOT THE EXJARHEAD IN QUESTION. I DO NOT HAVE A SAXON NAME. HIS NAME IS MUELLER!

    > but after 8 years of Obama and things like Fast & Furious

The street soldiers doing — “just following orders” in — Fast & Furious were in their first week on the job? The capos running — not ever doing anything illegal in — Fast & Furious were in their first week on the job? The made men retiring from FBI (DOJ, judiciary, intelligence) are taking what they can get for 8 years “service”? Really?
