FEC Chairman: Trump campaign bringing ‘legitimate accusations’ of election fraud to court

  1. The Electoral College delegates are appointed by the State legislators and their votes elect the President.

So any election fraud invalidating the popular vote results in a State would leave that States legislature deciding who to elect.

If that fails then it would result in a contingent election in Congress with the House picking the President and the Senate picking the Vice President.

Wouldn’t it be an interesting and amusing situation if the House picked Biden as President and the Senate picked Trump as Vice President?

    We live in interesting times.

  2. The head of the FEC says there was fraud, but the MSM won’t report it. They DO report, every day, that the fired guy from Homeland Security said (over a week ago) that this was “the most secure election EVER!”

  3. If the house is picking the president – it goes by one vote per state. Not by how many reps are there.

Same principle as not letting high population centers rule over country folk.

Republicans have 37 states. Slam dunk if it goes to the house.

    Democrat nightmare.

  4. They have a right to be heard, but could you imagine the supreme court turning any part of this down? The left already hates SCOTUS, imagine having the right on their asses, too. lol. SOCTUS wouldn’t dare deny any hearing. They did it for Gore and he was asking only for Florida.

They’re using the equal protection clause or whatever it’s called. That’s an automatic hearing.
