Just The News: The “massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place,” said FEC Chairman Trey Trainor. “And the other side really needs to answer these questions.”

Nothing to see here, just move along…..
Wilt, whimper and walk-back by Monday. Prove me wrong, Trey. Please.
And Jordan Sekulow says he’s dropping a bomb on Georgia Monday. Bring it.
Kempster & Riff-raff, are you feeling the heat yet?
Does FEC Chairman Trey Trainor have any ability under Law to do anything about it? Anymore??
Thirdrwin – do you mean Jay Sekulow, or is “Jay” a nickname for Jordan? If so, I learned something.
burner, at least he’s not piling on with the “unprecedented threat to democracy” bullshit. Yet.
Stirrin, Jordan is Jay’s brother.
“And we need to let this legal process play out,” Trainor added, well we hope and pray that they do!
It ain’t over till it’s over.
Tucker hasn’t been given any evidence, so there’s that.
The Electoral College delegates are appointed by the State legislators and their votes elect the President.
So any election fraud invalidating the popular vote results in a State would leave that States legislature deciding who to elect.
If that fails then it would result in a contingent election in Congress with the House picking the President and the Senate picking the Vice President.
Wouldn’t it be an interesting and amusing situation if the House picked Biden as President and the Senate picked Trump as Vice President?
We live in interesting times.
The head of the FEC says there was fraud, but the MSM won’t report it. They DO report, every day, that the fired guy from Homeland Security said (over a week ago) that this was “the most secure election EVER!”
Tucker is mad because he doesn’t get special privileges on case info. boo hoo
If the house is picking the president – it goes by one vote per state. Not by how many reps are there.
Same principle as not letting high population centers rule over country folk.
Republicans have 37 states. Slam dunk if it goes to the house.
Democrat nightmare.
There are stages being built on the White House lawn.
Tribunal? Public Hanging?
Inaugurations are held at the Capitol.
The Trump team can petition the SC, but the Court decides what cases it hears.
Is there a law that says the Supreme Court must take up Trump’s appeal?
They have a right to be heard, but could you imagine the supreme court turning any part of this down? The left already hates SCOTUS, imagine having the right on their asses, too. lol. SOCTUS wouldn’t dare deny any hearing. They did it for Gore and he was asking only for Florida.
They’re using the equal protection clause or whatever it’s called. That’s an automatic hearing.
I’m just glad Trump didn’t hire a bunch of Gloria Allreds. lol.
The team he has wouldn’t risk their reputations for bullshit.
