Fed-Up Farmers Say Enough, Demand Biden Pay for Property Damage Done by Illegal Aliens

Western Journal-

Texas farmers are upset with the nation’s current lack of border security — and they’re asking the White House to pay for damages caused by its reckless immigration stance.

According to the New York Post, farmers in Texas have had to pay countless dollars to fix damage caused by human traffickers and the illegal immigrants who have come into the United States so far this year.

Some of the financial damages caused by illegal immigration come in the form of stolen vehicles, damaged crops and destroyed property, such as fences, which can cost anywhere from $1,000 to $4,000 to repair, the outlet reported.

Richard Guerra, a fourth-generation Texas rancher, told the New York Post that the fever tick is another problem caused by illegal immigration, because some of the migrants unknowingly carry the tick, which then gets dropped onto the properties they trespass on.more

  1. WHILE HIS MIND IS HEADED DOWNWARD, JOEK’S SENSE OF SELF-IMPORTANCE IS HEADED UPWARD..

SOON, WE MAY EXPRIENCE AN ODDITY AT ONE OF HIS “CONFERENCES” SUCH AS WAS SEEN IN DANCES WITH WOLVES A LA MAJOR FAMBROUGH:

“SIR KNIGHT, I’VE JUST PISSED MY PANTS, AND NOBODY CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!”

AND THE PRESS WILL PRAISE HIM FOR HIS HONESTY

  2. To “Hell” with asking. Start suing, but not the Federal Government, instead as individuals from Biden on down through every “Prog” politician for all of these damages. What is happening at the Southern Border is a direct result of these “Open Border Assholes” actions, or lack thereof. Seize all of their assets, especially A.O.C’s Tesla to help pay for all of the damages the “Illegals” have caused.

  3. Article II, Section 3, Clause 5

The Take Care Clause demands that the President obey the law, the Supreme Court said in Humphrey’s Executor v. United States, and repudiates any notion that he may dispense with the law’s execution.[30] In Printz v. United States, 521 U.S. 898 (1997), the Supreme Court explained how the President executes the law: “The Constitution does not leave to speculation who is to administer the laws enacted by Congress; the President, it says, “shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed,” Art. II, §3, personally and through officers whom he appoints (save for such inferior officers as Congress may authorize to be appointed by the “Courts of Law” or by “the Heads of Departments” with other presidential appointees), Art. II, §2.”

  4. Frankly, I’d be worried that the biden* crowd would just figure it would be less hassle and cheaper to just have the FBI kill all those ranchers, seize their properties and sell them for campaign funds. I’d bet good money that the (d)s, academia, the media* and the enviros (pardon the redundancies) would heap praise upon them. Ranchers just HAVE to be white supremacist, rage filled domestic terrorists, don’t you know…

  5. The administration doesn’t care. Anything to consolidate power, even if it means a few Texas ranchers are hurt. They don’t care about protecting Americans, all they care about is permanent ruling.

  6. How about setting up your own militia and enforcing the laws using any means necessary. Private property signs and citizens arrests. Where are our judges on this issue, they jump any other time some one farts. Why have a bunch of frightened judges who are afraid of the democrats. Rope comes to mind.

  7. It is sickening and unacceptable how political employees are NEVER held to account with the threat of risking their own assets, only the assets of the tax-payer.
