The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday supported President Trump’s attempt to nix protected status for people from certain countries present in the U.S., ruling that the president’s moves falls outside of the bounds of the court’s review powers. more

    So far, government seems to be more than willing to just ignore Trump’s directives and continue doing what they are doing anyway.

  3. The 9th Circus held up Trump! They’ve confirmed Trump a few times lately instead of issuing the knee-jerk rulings against the President and any other non-left they have come to be known for. You might dislike McConnell but the work he put in to filling the vacancies on the different benches is starting to pay off and in November when Trump gets elected, the Senate remains with the GOP and Congress goes back to the Republicans the left will be in for at least a two-year beating.
