SEATTLE (AP) — Ramón Rodriguez Vazquez was a farmworker for 16 years in southeast Washington state, where he and his wife of 40 years raised four children and 10 grandchildren. The 62-year-old was a part of a tight-knit community and never committed a crime.
On Feb. 5, immigration officers who came to his house looking for someone else took him into custody. He was denied bond, despite letters of support from friends, family, his employer and a physician who said the family needed him.
He was sent to a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center in Tacoma, Washington, where his health rapidly declined in part because he was not always provided with his prescription medication for several medical conditions, including high blood pressure. Then there was the emotional toll of being unable to care for his family or sick granddaughter. Overwhelmed by it all, he finally gave up. more. h/t JDHasty

“We’re gonna win so much, you may even get tired of winning. And you’ll say, ‘Please, please. It’s too much winning. We can’t take it anymore, Mr. President, it’s too much.’ And I’ll say, ‘No it isn’t. We have to keep winning. We have to win more!’”
So Mr Vazques, did you at any time, over the last 16 years, attempt to correct your illegal actions of crossing the border and staying illegally? Did you ever give your family a nudge and a wink while thumbing your nose at the law? Were you too ashamed to admit you were here illegally? Were you proud of it?
Do you feel anyone is above the law?
You can go fuck off now, please.
Boo-fucking-hoo. Just imagine the millions it cost to educate 14 kids. He probably never paid a cent in taxes and any extra money was sent back home. Fuck him and anyone who supports this.
I don’t feel sorry for him. For 40 years, he put his entire family at risk of deportation. It finally came time to pay the piper. This is on him, not Trump.
Adios!
He returned to Mexico ALONE! Family sounds like a bunch of typical, ungrateful, American kids and grandkids. Should have stayed and raised them all in México. It’s better to be poor with an understanding of the value of family, than well off with spoiled brats.
Operation GTFO is going swimmingly.

An apropos meme.
It’s an AP story about people who broke the law to live in the United States are NOT criminals. Burp. Fuck off, perp.
🛑 Left-Wing Brainwashing Talking Points 🛑
Lie #1: …and never committed a crime.
–HE DID. He entered the country illegally, and stayed illegally, which is in fact a crime.
Lie #2 Being separated from the family has been so hard.
–It doesn’t NEED to be, that’s YOUR choice, go back home with him if you don’t want to be separated.
You committed a crime, and you can all leave together, problems solved totally on your end, blame yourselves not the people who NOTICED and caught you.
Go cry all you want.
In Mexico.
Who gives a shit? Was he ILLEGAL?? YES? Then GTFO!
First, notice this: “On Feb. 5, immigration officers who came to his house looking for someone else took him into custody.”
In other words, he and/or his family members also were associating with or harboring other illegals.
Second: Why hasn’t his wife liquidated their assets and gone to live with him. As far as “being separated” from the rest of the family, a visit to Mexico is no worse than what innumerable people have to contend with who have adult children and families living in distant states.
Entering the United States illegally doesn’t have a statute of limitation. Finally grifting illegals feel threatened by the consequences of their criminal behavior. Self deportation stories are wonderful! More please!
Boo freakin’ hoo. What a pathetic sob story.
“Her U.S. citizen girlfriend of two years, Arleene Adrono, said she planned to leave the country as well.
“They treat her like a criminal. She’s not a criminal,” Adrono said. “I don’t want to live in a country that does this to people.”
I wonder if this lezbo is going to illegally immigrate to Columbia?
