Revolver;

The hyper-emotional female strikes again, folks. This time in Delaware. But before we get to that, here’s some background.

Companies have historically incorporated in Delaware because its business laws have been corporate-friendly, and offered legal protections, tax advantages, and a court system that specializes in business disputes—Elon Musk and other big names were no exception.

But now, thanks to a lady judge on a seek and destroy mission, things have gone south—fast.

As you like know, Elon Musk has been in a full-blown showdown with Delaware’s legal system over his $56 billion Tesla pay package.

It all started back in 2018, Tesla’s board approved the deal, but a shareholder complained, saying the payout was unfair to investors.

Now, fast forward to 2024, and right on cue, a female Delaware activist judge by the name of Kathleen St. J. McCormick, agreed with the whiney shareholder, calling the payout “excessive” and tossing it out the window.

And that was the move that ignited a firestorm. more

  1. This is not a call to action, nor a recommendation.
Not even a wish. Simply a forecast:

Judge Kathleen St. J. McCormick will be dead soon.

    And it won’t be suicide.

  2. Female activist judge in this instance. Far too many females buying into the bullshit is a major problem with the 19th Amendment, then combine that with lowering the voting age to 18 and including the percentage of absolutely rudderless knotheads in both of those populations and it is a recipe for disaster. Far too large a percentage of both females and 18-21 year olds are far too willing to go along with the “current thing.” They are driven by a need to be in with the in crowd. Go ahead and debate it all you want, but the context that I’m willing to consider is going to have to be framed in such terms as how damn many are still of the opinion that Joe Biden wasn’t an absolute disaster.

  3. Delaware has three key businesses – chicken farms, beach resorts and corporate protections. It looks like they just flushed the third down the toilet.
I’m wondering if the stupid people of Delaware will vote slow joe back into the Senate next election?

  4. Watch a few minutes of this dried out old See You Next Tuesday activist Judge, then do an internet search of Judge Johanna Bender and what you will become aware of will make you absolutely sick. The bitch has been pulling the same shit her entire career and isn’t shy about telling anyone and everyone how fucking great she is.

FWIW, I didn’t cherry pick or even look at the video I grabbed, they are all going to be similar and it’s the kind of shit that idiots in Seattle think is cute, smart and funny.

  5. “It’s really important we get it right for Elon Musk or whoever the litigants are in Delaware courts,”—”We’re cognizant that there may be some things that need to change. We’re going to work on them.”

    – Matt Meyer, Delaware Governor

Hey, Matt! Start by recognizing you have activist judges in your courts who are running afoul of the law when they’re rewriting it on the fly in order to kowtow to a radical commie ideology like, “Eat The Rich” or “The 1% Need To Pay Their Fair Share.”

  6. “hyper-emotional female strikes again”

There’s nothing worse than a woman on the warpath. God help you if she can decide your fate. She can kill you and dance on your grave and it still won’t satisfy her quest for revenge. And most of them couldn’t tell you why they’re pissed. I’m glad I married a thinker.
