TownHall: Well, Gov. Rick Scott’s legal action against the shoddy ballot counting antics in two of the most liberal counties in the state seems to have clinched its first win: A Florida judge ruled that Broward County, the largest Democratic county in the state, was in violation of state law, and that Brenda Snipes, the county’s elections supervisor, was in violation of open records act. Ms. Snipes was not giving regular updates on how many outstanding ballots were left. She was just dumping vote counts in the late hours, which has chipped away at Scott’s lead, but the secrecy and the timing was suspect. Why is Broward taking so long? Hurricane Michael-ravaged counties have been able to count their ballots on time. Now, she must comply with records inspections by 7 P.M. MORE

Another person has commented that with all of these ballots there were no republican votes?
Can they just have a do-over? With proper supervision? Or is that too simple a solution?

Scott’s finally doing something now. He was Governor for years while she committed multiple crimes as a government official yet he did nothing.

Two things I’ve realized this year: lost votes always seem to be democrat votes, and republican presidents have a knack for nominating supreme court justices who just happen to be well respected jurists AND sexual predators! Weird.
In ’61 JFK created a “special” group/class of people who were “More Equal than others” and therefor above the law.
If you look at her pic you can see that she is in this “Special” group. She is ignoring the judge. With good reason. Her people are “above the law.”!
Anyone demanding she follow the law will in GWB’s words be “racist”!
I read on another site that Broward county is refusing to comply. Playing with fire.
