CFP: A Florida concert promoter is encouraging event-goers to get vaccinated for a rock show in Tampa Bay next month by significantly lowering the prices for those who have received the coronavirus vaccination.
Ticket prices for the concert, which will feature performances by Teenage Bottlerocket, MakeWar, and Rutterkin at the VFW Post 39 venue in St. Petersburg on June 26, will be $18 each for those who have received the vaccination and $999.99 for those who have not received it. more here

When funds are low and they have to resort to touring out of an Astrovan, after giving up the tour bus, their tune will change.
I wish I cared. I simply don’t. When your preferred clientele only gets $18 for three bands it worth paying zero and staying home for quality tooth flossing.
Being fully aware of the incredible lack of talent possessed by most entertainers these days, I can entertain myself really easily.

VFW venues are not very big. Expecting a low turnout, are we?
Promoters aren’t as smart as they used to be.
They must have MBAs these days.
It’s a safe bet this “concert” won’t have any problem complying with the 6 foot spacing rule!
They couldn’t fill the place if they paid NON-vaccinated people $1000 to show up and vaccinated people $18.
