FOX: The campaign manager for former Democratic Florida Rep. Charlie Crist’s bid to unseat incumbent Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis appears to have been arrested in Maryland this week, before the campaign said he would leave to handle a “family matter.”
Austin Durrer, who has worked for Crist since 2016, was arrested Tuesday in Cambridge, Maryland, on second-degree assault charges in a case classified as “domestic violence,” according to Dorchester County court records obtained by Fox News Digital. Durrer was released on $10,000 bond after his arrest, and the court ordered him to surrender firearms and vacate his home.
Durrer’s trial is slated for Dec. 7. Based on the charges in the case, he faces up to 10 years’ imprisonment. more here

He’s not a Republican, why was he arrested? Why did the MSM allow this article to be published? Does the CCP know about this?
His arrest may have been initiated because of the closeness to the mid-terms when all dems and liberals are busy trying to pass themselves off as ‘good people’, which means he stepped out of line.

For those not paying attention 20 years ago there were several “proud Bush Republicans” that were then and are now leftists. 7 have developed a conscience and declared they were actually Democrats. Charlie was #4 on my list 20 years ago. My #1 was Blumy from NY, who ran for President as a Dem twice. Did poorly, quit both times before the last primary.
Charlie is a good friend of both Jeb and GWB. Strangely (kidding) both Bushes have not endorsed in Fla?
