DMUK: Tan Mom’ Patricia Krentcil has revealed she is running for Senate – 11 years after being arrested for taking her five-year-old son to a tanning salon.
Krentcil is preparing to go head-to-head with incumbent Republican Senator Rick Scott after filing paperwork earlier this week to run as a Republican.
In a statement to Fox News Digital, Krentcil said: ‘The thing with my campaign is that you know everything about me from the start.’
‘There’s no skeletons or hidden secrets or shocking dirt to be revealed. What you see is what you get because my life has been documented. I think more media personalities should get involved in politics for this reason.’
She is telling potential supporters that she will advocate for a pro-LGBTQ+ agenda once in office.
Following her arrest for child endangerment, Krentcil sought help for a tanning addiction on a reality tv show called ‘Tan to 10.’ more
