A FEW YRS BACK, THE LOCAL NEWS STATION JOINED THE 106TH BIRTHDAY OF A SIMILARLY SPIRITED WOMAN AND ASKED HER WHAT ABOUT HER SECRET TO LONGEVITY, AND SHE REPLIED “NO SECRET, I EAT BACON AND DRINK WHISKEY EVERY DAY!!”
Her secret is “living in Florida”…not in a Hellhole like Philadelphia.
She doesn’t look a day over 80. She hasn’t spent too much time in the sun, or after a hundred years she’d look like Chief John Smith.
Very few make it that far,
Tip your hat, be thankful for her
Don’t be envious, just be hopeful

She’s a blessing. Love her wisdom and youthful perspective. That’s why she has lived so well for almost ten decades.
She’s got her head on straight:

My grandmother lived until about 3 months before her 102st.
She decided it was time. After her boyfriend passed that did it for her.
She’d outlived 3 husbands already.
This woman and her daughter hit on a big factor in forgiveness. Unforgiveness only eats away at the one who carries it. Like poison.
