Gainesville woman arrested after frying pan attack.
A woman was arrested on a charge of domestic aggravated battery with a deadly weapon after sheriff’s deputies say she beat her boyfriend with a frying pan.
Kanesha Daniels, 40, of Gainesville, was booked into the Alachua County Jail about 9 p.m. Saturday.
According to an arrest report, Daniels said her boyfriend came home drunk and went to sleep. Then he woke up and rummaged through the fridge for food. Both parties began arguing about whose food it was. Daniels told deputies that the victim shoved her out of the way to get to the food.

That was a cake pan, probably a 9”. If she was really hoppin’ mad she would have used the 13” cast iron skillet loaded with flaming bacon grease. That’s the weapon of choice. He caught her off guard.

The ole cast iron sedative trick. I’d recommend a good American-made brand: Lodge, Camp Chef, Victoria, Finex, etc over the crappy Chinese imports. Lighter with higher velocity probably is a better choice over heavier with lower velocity.
