Former Fox host Jeanine Pirro confirmed as DC US Attorney

NYP:
Jeanine Pirro — the former Fox News firebrand and onetime New York judge — was narrowly confirmed Saturday as Washington DC’s top prosecutor.

The Senate voted 50-45 to approve the former Westchester County prosecutor and elected judge, who stepped in as the acting US Attorney for the District of Columbia in May.

It came despite House Democrats urging the GOP-led Senate to reject President Trump’s handpicked nominee, the former co-host of Fox’s “The Five.” more

  1. To all of the bellyaching, Monday morning quarterbacks STFU. Trump and his closest Team MAGA inner circle have been deliberately and systematically preparing the environment, consolidating gains and are putting people in place who aren’t in any f’n mood. This is going to be a take no prisoners onslaught the likes the world has never seen.

Criminal defense attorneys are going to benefit from a bidding war among the world’s most wealthy men vs politicians without access to the grift and it’s going to get ugly as politicians are priced out. The beauty is a LOT of the progressive movement’s most capable attorneys are neck deep in it and will be fighting against the money men and politicians and will be cutting deals wherein they trade scalps and in order to get the best deal for themselves will be anteing up as the pot is raised. Their best bet is going to be to get in early and get in big and make it beneficial for the prosecution to cut a deal early on. The information they hold is going to become a declining asset as deals are cut.

Once the green flag drops this is what orders are going to face and going to look like: I don’t want any messages saying ‘I’m holding my position.’ We’re not holding a goddamned thing. We’re advancing constantly and we’re not interested in holding anything except the enemy’s balls. We’re going to hold him by his balls and we’re going to kick him in the ass; twist his balls and kick the living shit out of him all the time. Our plan of operation is to advance and keep on advancing. We’re going to go through the enemy like shit through a tinhorn.

There are going to be battles going on all the hell over the place and many of them fought on multiple fronts. There is not going to be the opportunity for any “we need to stick together” shit on the part of the perpetrators either. It’s going to be a dog eat dog, every man, woman or they/them for themselves bloodbath.

  2. The Democrats are completely shitmixed because they don’t have USAID and free access to other unlimited sources of public money and favorable deals that was their stock in trade. They are no longer of any value to the big money, big Tech and what is left of the legacy media they once had. That is all they know and is their only value. They are going down.

The Republican establishment actors time is coming, and sooner than they think. Their “friends across the aisle” are going to turn on them and that is going to be delicious to behold. It is going to be the nastiest individuals on the planet all in one big shit slinging cage match. Alliances are going to shift daily, if not hourly. The backstabbing is going to be beautiful to watch.

  3. Watch as Democrat politicians continue to lose the wacked out left as their ability to hand over billions and billions of dollars continues to dry up. The progressive base is ALL ABOUT MONEY, the wheels are coming off money laundering scheme and they have come to expect their cut to come off the top. What is remaining of their remaining popular support will not be enough for them to present any illusion of having people who believe in, much less give a shit about, them.

    We….shall….see.

OK, Trump now has his “Murder’s Row” line up in place, so now, it’s put up or shut up.

I’m tired of the excuses , “The Deep State is too big, the old Biden FBI destroyed all the evidence, there are too many obstructionists getting in the way, these prosecutions are complicated”.

We all fell for the Durham head fake, and what was the result; 3 measly prosecutions, 2 acquittals and one conviction for altering an email, no jail time.

I get that the wheels of justice can be agonizingly slow, so I will wait and see. We all know what these bastards did to Trump and the laws they broke, but promises were made to the people declaring that there would be a reckoning. I will hold them to it.

Shits going to get interesting. Someone, maybe Pam Blondi, needs to make the decision to prosecute these bastards. Which is going to take a certain amount of courage. After all these people spend most of their time protecting one another no matter their party affiliation. So she’s either going to go down in history as the person that broke that trust or the person who basically turned their back on MAGA and the Constitution. Lot’s of things in play here that we will never know about. But most MAGA peeps are already getting fed up.

  6. If you’ve been watching Pirro’s pressers on recent successes in law enforcement, they’ve been SO fun! She is truly the velvet hammer. She is an exceedingly great role model for women who want to make their point with clarity and gravity, but do not wish to sacrifice one little bit of their authentic selves. She doesn’t shout, she isn’t sarcastic, scolding, or shrill. She is 100% authentic and gives absolutely no quarter. She is a truth teller who knows exactly how to handle press, especially any who are angling for a gotcha. All while being as genteel and a southern lady. I had no idea the depth and breadth of her wisdom and courage.

  7. “…AS a southern lady.”

Tammy Bruce at the State department is also one to watch. She started out a little bumpy, but has found her sea legs and she is very effective in her role there.

We are so mightily blessed to have courageous, truth-telling people who are representing the Executive and cabinet orgs. This is exactly what is needed to restore confidence in our gov’t. I pray we have no more missteps like the first term, with crazy spokespeople like Anthony Scaramucci. Remember that debacle?!
