I see no reason a person devoid of any intellect whatsoever should have been able to complete law school or been allowed to practice law unless he / she were the product of affirmative action or lowered standards. As I recall law school and the bar exam were somewhat of a challenge. Certainly Nathan did not attain such status through merit. America has been declining since standards were lowered and merit ceased to be a factor in success. What’s really disturbing is that the same thing is happening in medical schools producing doctors / surgeons.
