A former Virginia Tech football player has been acquitted of murder charges after defending himself against a sexual assault and armed attack from a biological male posing as a woman he’d met on the Tinder dating app.
Isimemen Etute, a former linebacker for the Virginia Tech Hokies, was arrested on June 2nd, 2021, and charged with second-degree murder in the May 31st, 2021 death of a 40-year-old man named Jerry Paul Smith, who had posed as a woman named “Angie Renee” on the dating app Tinder. At the time, Etute was a freshman at Virginia Tech who was attending school on a football scholarship.
According to local reports and the details of court proceedings, Etute had first encountered Smith, who was using the name “Angie Renee,” on the Tinder app in April of 2021, with Smith repeatedly offering to perform oral sex on Etute while claiming to be a heterosexual, biological woman – not a man or a transgender. more
How is that not self defense? I know there is a reason I have NEVER been selected for jury duty. Can that be a defense? That if a bunch of liberals are sitting on a jury judging a normal person, that person does not have a jury of his peers?
Re-read the article and the jury DID acquit but only after his life was ruined. I hate this perverted world we have now!
