Former White House Correspondent Ed Henry Sues CNN And NPR Over Defamation

Conservative Brief-

Former White House Correspondent for Fox News and CNN, Ed Henry, has filed a defamation lawsuit against CNN and NPR, alleging that the two news networks recklessly spread false accusations that he sexually harassed a coworker.

The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday in the US District Court in New Jersey, which has named NPR journalist David Folkenflik and CNN hosts Brian Stelter and Alisyn Camerota. The lawsuit comes a year after Henry was accused of “violently” raping former Fox Business producer Jennifer Eckhart and sending inappropriate messages to another woman.

According to the lawsuit, Jennifer Eckhart “had a consensual relationship” with Henry until early 2017 and accused him of rape during the summer of 2020. more

  1. The more influential lawsuit, and one with a higher payout potential, is the one he filed against Foxnews for wrongful termination.

To me it looks like Henry was setup. Whenever it is a “he said/she said” the woman is always believed and the man is fired over it.

The same thing happened with Charles Payne a few years back, consensually banging a regular guest, but when she didn’t get more air time, she went to HR with a rape claim. But Charles is black so nothing happened to him.

  2. The “Liberal Sherpa” that used to be on Tucker’s show tried to frame Tucker.
    Didn’t work.
I hope Ed Henry doesn’t sue me for calling him a rat-bastard never-Trumper.
He is a puffy sack of shit as well.
    Gives off real Cosby vibes…
    Blow me Ed!
