WFB: Conservatives are seizing the opportunity created by a vacancy on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit Thursday, culling a shortlist of prospective nominees for a panel frequently called the second most powerful court in the nation.

The frontrunners for the vacancy created by Judge Thomas B.   1. During the Fox townhall Pres. Trump said he had thought the military was the most important area to take care of but others advised him it is the courts. Thank God he listens to good advice!
    How many high school and college “friends” do you suppose the left has already dug up on the people on the short list and paid to testify they assaulted or kicked a puppy?
