DailyCaller: Dutch populist leader Geert Wilders is once again in legal trouble over remarks against the religion of Islam, prosecutors confirmed Friday.
Wilders allegedly called Islam an “ideology of war and hatred” during a 2015 speech in Vienna. Austrian authorities have requested the Dutch government pursue a complaint on the comments.
“Islam calls people to be terrorists: the Koran leaves no doubt about it,” Wilders reportedly said, according to Dutch News.
The Austrian Freedom Party invited the Dutch Freedom Party leader to speak at an event. Tarafa Baghajati, the chairman of the Austrian Muslim Initiative, filed an official complaint shortly after Wilders’ speech.
And rightfully so,everyone knows Islam is the religion of peace!
Wilders is a brave man and great leader.
Freedom of speech no longer exists in Europe. Stating facts is now “slandering Islam”.
Very soon the Eurabian prosecutors will just call it “blasphemy”.
A speech two years ago and the Austrian government. Wasn’t Austria on its third government in two years? They’re about to have another election this year. It explains plenty.
The “prosecution” will have a very hard time proving their case. There is no evidence that Pisslam is a religion of peace. Look at any globe, show me where peace has broken out because of islam.
If truth is not a complete defense you have a repressive society.
The repression of PC defending Islam is a warmup act for the repression of Islamic rule that it’s ushering in.
Wilder’s calls them as he sees them – so do I.
