General Motors fires 3 workers for bomb threats during strike

Detroit News: Three General Motors Co. employees at Flint Assembly have been fired for offenses that included bomb threats and damaging a GM vehicle during the United Auto Workers national strike against the automaker, according to a source familiar with the situation.

The workers were fired by the company this weekend, after the UAW membership overwhelmingly approved a new four-year contract on Friday with GM.  read more

  2. Getting over sixty bucks an hr plus perks just isn’t good enough for assembly line workers at GM.
    These clowns are hired from the neck down and are grossly overcompensated for the level of work they do all of which is passed on to us when purchasing a new vehicle.
    Too bad Trump couldn’t pull a Reagan move like the air traffic controllers and fire these ingrates.
