Kemp and the Derek Zoolander of GA politics (Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan) recently blocked voter integrity legislation before it could be passed into law.

According to the state constitution, the governor’s duties (under oath) for “law enforcement” include to “take care that the laws are faithfully executed”.
The state constitution also puts the power of setting election laws / rules in the state legislature. The Secretary of State (Raffensperger) clearly lacks the authority to execute a consent decree that disagrees with the laws / rules set forth by the legislature.
So Kemp is lying AGAIN claiming that he has no power to do anything as governor. At a minimum he could be raising hell with the state legislature to remove Raffensperger from office for violation of his oath. But both Kemp and Raffensperger have been thoroughly corrupted by the Chinese / Dominion money they almost certainly received for installing Dominion as the provider of the voting machines. I can only hope that most of us voters in GA see Kemp’s and Raffensperger’s act as the farce that it is, and we can prosecute their sorry, lying, worse than worthless asses after we throw them out of office.
Thanks to Kemp, we lost the Senate.
