Georgia Supreme Court Rules Plaintiffs Have Legal Standing In Counterfeit Ballot Case

National File-

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia overturned a ruling made by a lower court in the cases Caroline Jeffords et al. v. Fulton County et al. (S22C1299) and Garland Favorito et al. v. Alex Wan et al (S22C1285). The latest ruling in the legal action, also referred to as the “Fulton County Counterfeit Ballot” case, gives the plaintiffs legal standing to sue government agencies which violate Georgia law.

“The petition for certiorari is granted, the judgement is vacated, and the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Sons of Confederate Veterans v. Henry County Board of Commissioners,” The Supreme Court stated on Tuesday.

Attorney and founder of VoterGA, Garland Favorito, spoke with The National File on Thursday.

“This was the case where we had four sworn affidavits from senior poll managers who claimed that they handled counterfeit ballots in the Fulton County audit,” Favorito said on Thursday. MORE

  1. And the circuit judge(s) who used the power of the court to deny them standing, what punishment will they receive? They should be sued as well, for their politically-motivated miscarriage of justice. We have a national crisis of bad refs occupying the bench.

  2. The ONLY national crisis is the people filing phoney baloney fervolous lawsuits clogging up the court system. There will always be good & bad judges. Out of those judges there are good judges who make bad decisions sometimes & bad judges who once in a while make a good decisions.
This case is FAR from a travesty of justice. Sons of Confederate Veterans vs counterfeit ballots. They need proof/evidence not just someone’s word.

  3. Well, Georgie, since the ballots are in possession of the defendants (Fulton County), and they are r sharing, you need to go to court to get the ballots subpoenaed. I don’t think you are really a judge. Or even an attorney. And the case is hardly “frivolous”.
