Ms. Bondi needs to come out and say she misspoke. She needs to repudiate those statements that put the unconstitutional and immoral inclusion of emotional state in charging for any crime. Emotion spurs action, but is not a part of action. Hate crime is thought crime and has absolutely no place in American jurisprudence, including that niche it has already been allowed… by the communistic left. Now, do right or go away.

Bondi seems to constantly preening in front of cameras while we’ve seen exactly no arrests from the last regime. The left is so deeply embedded in government that everything is at a crawl. People are discouraged that time is slipping by and nothing seems to be happening with leveling charges against these criminals.
The crazies have way too much momentum and still crickets from the DOJ. Ditch the bimbo and get someone with a more aggressive attitude.

I’ve always thought that hate speech/crime is just a construct by the left to award special rights to any group they deem as victims.
It is the ultimate insult to the memory of Charlie Kirk. Trump should add that as a footnote and that she has been fired, with prejudice at a press conference in South Dakota announcing that Charlie’s face is being added to Mt Rushmore.
Cut the Goddamn bullshit completely off at the short hairs and put Stevens Miller in that position effective immediately.
Yeah, ‘hate speech’ should not be a crime; it’s actually helpful to know who these people are when they speak up. (And the term ‘hate crime’ is redundant, as I don’t know of any that are done as a favor to the victim.)
But I have no problem with it being a disqualifier for employment. If you can’t keep your ghoulish feelings and opinions to yourself, you don’t have the judgment and self-restraint to serve customers of all demographics and beliefs. In other words: A barista who would dance on Charlie’s grave, would spit in your coffee. You’re fired. That goes double for nurses, teachers, etc.
The top two picks I disagreed with were Bondi and Rubio, there were others I wasn’t too sure about, but they were at the top of my list. Rubio I have been very surprised about. I still wouldn’t trust him, but he’s a done a good job. Bondi is just showing everyone who didn’t know much about her what she is.
One pick I was thrilled with was Kash Patel and to be honest he’s been a disappointment, even if he’s making Democrats look as stupid as they are in hearings.
I’m sure Bondi will deal with this as soon as she handles the Epstein files on her desk…
