When I read the headline I thought it was a macabre reference to the corpse! Seriously. I thought it was a reference to Ginsburg’s body’s deathly pallor and that the funeral parlor botched its job.
Boy, they never let up, do they? Now Ginsburg’s family has to live with the accusation that she was a racial bigot. That’s pretty sad. As ever much as there are other reasons to dislike the woman, the sum of her life will now be remembered by that.

Why should this come as a surprise? It takes a lot of law clerks with great writing skills to author all those Ginsburg Legal Opinions in a manner that appears to have been written by the Noxious RBG when she was no longer able to Fundamentally Destroy the U.S. Constitution. It takes a village of really smart White Colored Law Clerks to protect a living cadaver. Can’t wait until Saturday’s announcement of her Conservative replacement.
