EAG: CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – Police allege a Texas 13-year-old threatened to kill her classmates on Instagram in hopes of gaining followers on the social media site.
The Dallas Morning News reports police arrested a female student at T.W. Browne Middle School and charged her with a third-degree felony for making a terroristic threat over a post to Instagram that was accompanied by a picture of a black man aiming a shotgun at the camera.
The post read:
Everybody at t.w Browne gone die omm plus u stupid ass eight graders wanna play with me IMA kill everybody even 6graders and 7graders..this is no joke I put that oml I got a rape charge on me and I’m ready to go back to the pen ..
The student, who was not named because she’s a juvenile, faces up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. read more
