No state has invested as much in the myth of global warming as California. And Los Angeles County is the second area in the state in its frenzied faith in the idea that paying other people in the Midwest to build windmills that they don’t need and raising taxes to pay for those windmills will change the weather.
Now, at last, their faith has been rewarded with snow falling on the Hollywood sign. more

I live at 500 foot in NorCal. It’s currently snowing at 700ft elevation. Colder than a mother in laws kiss.
I lived here my whole life. This kind of weather is cyclical.

About 15 years ago we saw this weather pattern 3 years in a row. Heavy rains until February. February was mid 60′, short sleeve weather, and then the end of February colder than hell, more rain. I remember it well because I was fishing the Delta a bunch and the first week in February the bass would start to spawn. And I was sticken some toads. There will be more local flooding.
I’m here on vacation. There’s no snow. It’s 50 degrees and it’s raining. Period.
