He is doing good work. I was going to do maintenance on ancient Georgia grave sites until I got screwed by the assholes at Fort Stewart. To hell with the whole lot of them.
Cont’d from “He is doing good work”. These graves are the people that built this nation. No matter if black or white. Slave or freeman. They helped build us. They all deserve respect. It’s appears to me that nobody cares. In a way, it even makes me ashamed of myself. There are so many situations like this in the old south. There aren’t many old graves like this in West TX.
A couple of my friends belong to a group that travels New England restoring the headstones in entire cemeteries. It is truly a labor of love and respect.
