In 2018 Democrats had a clean sweep of the county’s seven congressional seats, flipping four of them blue. The newly elected representatives were Gil Cisneros (District 39), Katie Porter (District 45), Harley Rouda (District 48), and Mike Levin (District 49). It marked history as the first since the 1930s that the county didn’t have a single Republican representative in the House. more here

Remember how they said there would be a “Red Mirage”, appearing to be a Trump landslide, which would be erased later by mail-in votes? We didn’t even get the f—king mirage. I guess they decided that was too risky, and just went for the steal immediately.
