If a dumb ass leftist would take that argument farther they would require adoptive little boys to be placed with gay men, and adoptive little girls to placed with lesbian wimmyn.
1.5% is even more selective than the Nazis were with Jews. Damn progressive Democrats – taking it up a notch?
We adopted both of our daughters at birth and it was the best thing to happen to us. We have been a blessing to them and given them something they wouldn’t have had otherwise. But they have been such a blessing to us and have given something to us that otherwise we wouldn’t have had.
Our oldest is 6 yrs old and I can’t imagine what something like this would do to her and what it would do to all of our family. These situations with the Tribe make me furious. I’ve read and heard about this many times in the adoption world.
Why in the world does a Tribe and a govt have this much power to destroy a 6 yr olds life and takes everything she knows and at the same time destroy the family. Do you think this girl will have a good relationship with the parent (most likely a father) after he has done this to her life?
I’m curious to know if this is strictly a tribe’s doing or is there a birth parent pushing this as well.
Why does a govt make this ruling while only considering the Tribe’s wishes and not consider the well being of the child and what it will do to the foster family that will eventually become an adopting family.
During our adoption process, agencies had to guarantee and confirm that the mother and father were not members of a tribe because the tribe could come get the child even after finalization of an adoption. Even if the mother was not a tribe member it was just as important that the father not be a tribe member. If he found out years later that his old girlfriend had a baby and adopted it out, he could go after custody of that child years later.
It was paramount in the adoption process that the agency located the birth father and had him sign away his parental rights just as the mother does. It is also paramount that none of the parents are members of a tribe. This is disgusting
It’s not political correctness.
It is bad law.
Calling it PC puts it on the wrong people.
Make the lawmakers change the law.
Twatters are incoherent.
Good for the Government. It’s bad enough with the offensive costumes. But now it’s children. Cultural appropriation must STOP!!!!!
Splendid.
Racist much?
I’d be throwing somebody off the Tallahatchee bridge
With the left, “It’s always about the Children”

The community needs to SURROUND that house. I mean a mile deep and heavily armed. Show the world what America has become if the Gubmin moves on them….
