DC: The hacker who goes by the pseudonym “Guccifer 2.0” has announced plans to release a “dossier” on Democratic Rep. Ben Ray Lujan that allegedly was among documents stolen from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC).
Although Guccifer 2.0 has previously released documents to WikiLeaks and news organizations, he indicated plans to publish the dossier on his personal website.
The hacker, who is widely believed to have Russian ties, has previously released emails from the Democratic National Committee (DNC), as well as some internal DCCC documents
