Reopen the World! … You have nothing to lose but your chains!
Spain is reopening too. In other words the two hardest-hit countries in the world (if we are to believe all the numbers anyway) are reopening. And don’t say they have peaked but we haven’t.
i’m piqued.
Manufacturing and construction can try to reopen but they won’t have a lot of business, as the whole economy relies heavily on tourism and it will take that industry a long time to recover. Even manufacturing for export is being hard hit by a reduced demand in Europe and the US and increased delivery times due to shipping having to rely on, well, ships, as the planes aren’t flying. This is a long term and international mess that makes me begin to wonder about conspiracy theories after all…
I wonder if the Tankers full of “immigrants” will start up again..
Or if They ever actually stopped ?
