3. Nothing wrong with chicken baths.
   Split a couple onions, pepper, salt, perhaps a bay leaf or two depending on what you cooking.
   Low, slow and yummy.

4. It looks like a Muppet chicken. Is it any relation to Big Bird? The bird is not the word with this chicken. With that hairstyle it could be an Afro chicken.

5. I bathed my chickens sometimes; I had some of those Japanese Silkies. Their feathers were soft and “furry” attracting mites. Yuck. They would nod off with the warm blow dryer! Their baths weren’t fancy like that, however. 😆

9. I was already browning a large pork roast for dinner so the chickens are safe.

   Next week grandma’s Chicken and Dumplings haven’t graced my plate in a long time.
