The hit man was trying to travel incognito by imitating other “Progs” in that state.

Neither the driver or the gunman got shot. The cops have softened up. The gunman is suspected in the murder of a convenience store clerk. The clerk was an East Indian. The East Indians seem to always get shot here in CA. Maybe cuz they get mistaken for muzzies.
