2. I’m having audio problems so I haven’t watched that video (and Rumble STILL doesn’t have closed captioning when I need it). Does “lowest possible approval rating” mean that absolutely no one approves of him and absolutely everyone disapproves? As awful as he is, that seems unlikely to me.
