Don’t have 21 minutes to watch a video, so can’t imagine I’d have time to make my own chocolate. Same with toilet tissue. Some products are better left to the experts.

So those chocolate beans I bought from Nuts.com still need to be made into nibs, fan blown, roasted, ground into liqueur, tempered, and add sugar and cocoa butter to it. Man, that’s a lot of work!
